Earlier this week, Colby Covington fired a shot on Twitter at the UFC light heavyweight champion, Jon Jones. And although Jones didn’t respond to the tweet, his UFC 235 opponent Anthony Smith, did. You can see that exchange here.

It took a day but Covington has now responded to Smith.

Smith isn’t the first fighter in a heavier weight class that Covington has had beef with. Covington has had a long lasting feud with the former UFC heavyweight champion Fabricio Werdum, who at one point, threw a boomerang at ‘Chaos’ in Australia. In fact, there aren’t many fighters on the UFC roster, that Covington hasn’t had a beef with over the last couple of years.

As of the time of writing this, Smith hasn’t responded to the message. We will keep you up to date with any more messages between the two.
