Daniel Cormier Tells Dana White To Hurry Up And Book Brock Lesnar Fight

Daniel Cormier isn’t wasting, trying to get a fight booked up with Brock Lesnar, after the WWE star dropped the Universal Championship to Seth Rollins, at WrestleMania 35 at the weekend.

The loss opens up the door for the former UFC heavyweight champion challenge the current UFC heavyweight champion. Something Cormier is fully aware of. Not long after WrestleMania 35, he tweeted:

Since then, while speaking to TMZ Sports, DC told UFC President Dana White to hurry up and book the fight.

“Dana get on the phone right now. If you haven’t called him yet, do it today. What are you waiting for? Get this shit on the books. Let’s get this on the books!”

Cormier beat Derrick Lewis in his last outing, submitting ‘The Black Beast’ in the second round at UFC 230. Lesnar was last seen at UFC 200, where he fought Mark Hunt. His unanimous decision win was later overturned to a no contest, after a failed drug test.

It’s speculated that the two will fight in August.
