Henry Cejudo: I Feel Like I’m The Greatest Combat Athlete Of All Time

This weekend at UFC 238, Henry Cejudo will be looking to make history, when he faces Marlon Moraes for the vacant UFC bantamweight title. A win would see Cejudo become the first person to have won two UFC titles in different weight classes and have an Olympic gold medal.

And although he’s still got to get past a tough opponent in Moraes this weekend in Chicago, the UFC flyweight champion believes that he is already the greatest combat athlete of all time. As the 32 year old told TMZ Sports.

“I feel like I’m the greatest combat athlete of all time. The credentials speak for themselves.

“Who’s won an Olympic gold medal? Who’s won a [UFC] flyweight title? And who’s fighting for a second belt? Nobody. Nobody has. It’s me.”

“Having the second belt, it’s like Jon Jones who? [Daniel] Cormier who? Conor McGregor who? Welcome to the new era and that is the Henry Cejudo weight division. I’m taking over. Conor McGregor step aside, Triple C is here.”

Where do you think a win over Marlon Moraes at this weekend at UFC 238, puts Henry Cejudo among the combat sport all time greats?
