Nate Diaz Puts Critics Of ‘BMF’ Title On Blast

Nate Diaz and Jorge Masvidal will face each other in arguably the most highly-anticipated fight of the year at UFC 244. What is even more significant is the fact that the UFC President, and the MMA fans want the two to duke it out for a title. The name for the belt? The “Baddest MF’er” title is currently what is being touted by Dana White.

However, not everyone has been pleased with UFC’s stance. A few reporters and fans alike have said that the creation of such a championship would de-legitimize championships in the UFC. However, one half of the main event Nate Diaz has put those critics on blast.

Talking to TMZ, Diaz said, “If there’s anybody that’s hatin’ on it, like some of these journalists in here, it’s because none of you are no fighters. You’re (expletives), so shut the (expletive) up. Tell me I ain’t the best mother (expletive) in the game – watch me fight the whole game and you.” (transcript via MMA Junkie)

Nate Diaz (20-11 MMA, 15-9 UFC) is set to face Jorge Masvidal (34-13 MMA, 11-6 UFC), with the title of “Baddest Motherf**ker” up for grabs. The Stockton native also said that the belt would be worth having around.

“It’s already a staple, and that we’re fighting for the best mother (expletive) in the fight game”, Nate Diaz said. “There’s a belt for it. I called it against one of the other baddest mother (expletive)’s and everyone felt it, and we’re like, ‘This is what it is. These are the best guys in the game. We’re going to watch it.'”
