Ahead of Friday night’s ONE: For Honor, ONE Championship held an Open Workout at the Syena Martial Arts Center, in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Taking part in the Open Workouts were the ONE Flyweight Muay Thai Champion Sam-A Gaiyanghadao, his challenger Jonathan Haggerty and home favourites, Priscilla Hertati Lumban Gaol, Sunoto and Adrian Mattheis.
