This Is How The MMA World Reacted To UFC 264

UFC 264 went down on Saturday night at the sold out T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. The main event event ended on a sour note, after Conor McGregor broke his leg at the end of the first round, handing the win to Dustin Poirier, who had the better of the first five minutes.

In the co-main event, Gilbert Burns had greater success at implementing his game plan than opponent Stephen Thompson to earn a unanimous decision win in their top top five welterweight clash.

Elsewhere on the UFC 264 main card, Tai Tuivasa needed less than 90 seconds to knockout Greg Hardy (and then proceeded to do several shoeys!), Irene Aldana finished Yana Kunitskaya at the end of the first round in their top five bantamweight matchup, and Sean O’Malley dominated promotional newcomer Kris Moutinho for the entire fight before referee Herb Dean stopped the fight in the final minute.
