This Is How The MMA World Reacted To UFC Vegas 17

UFC Vegas 17 went down on Saturday night at the APEX Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. In the main event, Stephen Thompson put on a masterful display of movement and striking to defeat Geoff Neal. ‘Wonderboy’ overcame injuring his knee at the end of the fourth round, to win 50-45 on all three judges’ scorecards.

In the co-main event, former featherweight champion Jose Aldo earned his first win at bantamweight with a hard fought unanimous decision win against Marlon Vera. Elsewhere on the UFC Vegas 17 main card, Michel Pereira beat ‘Khaos’ Williams via unanimous decision, Rob Font scored the biggest win of his career to date with a first round TKO win against Marlon Moraes, and Marcin Tybura finished Greg Hardy with some heavy ground and pound in the second round.
