UFC 252 Post Fight Videos And Suspensions

UFC 252 went down on Saturday night at the UFC APEX in Las Vegas, Nevada. In the main event, Stipe Miocic ended his rivalry with Daniel Cormier by earning a hard fought unanimous decision win. In doing so, the 37 year old successfully defending his heavyweight title.

In the co-main event, Sean O’Malley’s lost for the first time in his career. After ‘Suga’ injured his foot early on in the fight, Marlon Vera took advantage and after some heavy ground and pound, referee Herb Dean stopped the fight at the end of the first round.

After suffering a quick fire knockout loss to Francis Ngannou in his last outing, Jairzinho Rozenstruik got back to winning ways with the biggest win of his career so far, scoring a second round TKO over the former UFC heavyweight champion, Junior dos Santos.

The Nevada State Athletic Commission has now released the medical suspensions from UFC 252 (via MMA Fighting).

Stipe Miocic — Must have retinal specialist clearance on left eye; minimum suspension until 30/09/20, no contact until 15/09/20

Daniel Cormier — Must have left eye cleared by an ophthalmologist or no contest until 12/02/21. Minimum suspension until 30/09/20, no contact until 9/15/20

Sean O’Malley — Must have orthopaedic doctor clearance on right ankle or no contest until 12/02/21. Minimum suspension until 30/09/20, no contact until 15/09/20

Junior dos Santos — Must have laceration under left eye cleared by a doctor or no contest until 15/10/20, no contact until 30/09/20

Herbert Burns — Suspended until 30/09/20, no contact until 15/09/20 due to right eyebrow laceration

Daniel Pineda —Suspended until 30/09/20, no contact until 15/09/20 due to left eyebrow laceration

Jim Miller — Must have cut on bridge of nose cleared by doctor or no contest until 30/09/20, no contact until 15/09/20

TJ Brown — Must have left orbital fracture cleared by an ophthalmologist or no contest until 12/02/21. Minimum suspension until 15/09/20 with no contact until 6/09/20

Parker Porter — Suspended until 15/09/20, no contact until 6/09/20

Kai Kamaka — Must have facial lacerations cleared by doctor or no contest until 30/09/20, no contact until 15/09/20

Tony Kelley — Suspended until 15/09/20, no contact until 6/09/20 due to forehead laceration
