Moments after Jorge Masvidal knocked out Darren Till inside the Octagon at UFC London, he tried to do the same thing to Leon Edwards backstage.

Whilst Masvidal was speaking to ESPN, Edwards said something to him and the next thing, Masvidal is swinging a few punches.

Shortly after this footage was released, a longer version of the incident was posted by ESPN.

Since the incident, Edwards’ management team Paradigm, have since made this statement:

“Leon is fine. We will cooperate with the UFC as they investigate the matter.”

They also confirmed that Edwards wouldn’t be pressing charges.

Although many fans would have loved to have seen such drama backstage in London, one person who wasn’t impressed, was UFC President Dana White.

Following the incident, ESPN’s Brett Okamoto spoke to Masvidal about the incident.

With so many possible options for fun fights at the top of the welterweight division going forward, it looks like Masvidal and Edwards have just booked a fight with each other!
