Footage has been released of Conor McGregor being arrested last month. The arrest followed an incident outside a Miami hotel nightclub at 5am, that saw the Irish man grab a fan’s phone and smash it up.
Last week, McGregor formally pleaded not guilty to all charges at the hearing in Miami-Dade County criminal court. Prior to that, the two felony charges against him for criminal mischief and for strong-arm robbery, had been reduced to a misdemeanour and robbery by sudden snatching (a third-degree felony).
Ahmed Abdirzak, whose phone it was that was smashed by McGregor, also dropped his legal case against McGregor, thought to be because an out of court settlement had been agreed.
