Full Card Announced For WLC: King Of Nine Limbs

The World Lethwei Championship (WLC), the world’s largest bareknuckle fighting organisation, has announced the full seven fight card for WLC: KING OF NINE LIMBS.

Two World Lethwei Championship belts will be on the line, when Dave Leduc takes on Seth Baczynski for the inaugural Cruiserweight World Lethwei Championship and Light Middleweight World Lethwei Champion Artur Saladiak defends his title for the first time against challenger Sasha Moisa.

WLC: KING OF NINE LIMBS takes place on August 2nd 2019, in Mandalar Thiri Indoor Stadium, Mandalay, Myanmar. The event will be broadcast LIVE on Canal+ in Myanmar and on UFC Fight Pass.

In addition to the two title bouts, the event will also feature the return of Vietnam’s number one combat sports athlete Nguyen Tran Duy Nhat, he will take on Izat Zaki of Malaysia. Myanmar’s top featherweight Mite Yine also returns to the World Lethwei Championship ring, to face Otop Sathian Muay Thai of Thailand.

Chairman of World Lethwei Championship U Zay Thiha stated, “We have brought ten world class athletes from ten countries to compete in the biggest lethwei event in history. Millions of people in Myanmar and even more internationally, will tune in for a world class spectacle of premium martial arts action combined with the best culture and entertainment. For Cruiserweight World Lethwei Championship (79 to 84kg): Dave Leduc (Canada) VS Seth Baczynski (USA)


For Light Middleweight World Lethwei Championship (67 to 71kg): Artur Saladiak (Poland) VS Sasha Moisa (Ukraine)


Featherweight (54 to 57kg): Mite Yine (Myanmar) VS Otop Sathian Muay Thai (Thailand)


Women’s Bantamweight (51 to 54kg): Souris Manfredi (France) VS Eh Yanut (Cambodia)


Lightweight (57 to 60kg): Nguyen Tran Duy Nhat (Vietnam) VS Izat Zaki (Malaysia)


Lightweight (57 to 60kg): Hein Tun Aung (Myanmar)  VS Linn Htet Aung (Myanmar)


Lightweight (57 to 60kg): Htet Naing Aung (Myanmar) VS Sai Maung Maung (Myanmar)
