UFC – Israel Adesanya On Jon Jones: This Motherf***er Is Fake
Current UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya has continued his prolonged public campaign against Jon Jones, this week.
Adesanya and Jones have been going back and forth in interviews and on social media for the last year. Most recently, earlier this month, when ‘The Last Sylebender’ continued to mock ‘Bones’ for his recent arrest. It seems that neither champion is showing signs of backing down.
Speaking on The Luke Thomas Show (as transcribed by BJPenn.com), Adesanya again began to pick at Jones’ public personality.
“The illusion got broken a little bit. We’re peeping through the cracks a little bit, through the viewers eyes. Eventually people started seeing it crumble like ‘this motherf***er’s fake.’ They could smell it for years. This guy is fake,” Adesanya stated.
“He’s one way on TV, but another way in real life.”
Jones has spoken extensively in the past about his religious beliefs but has often fell foul of the law outside of the Octagon. In March, the UFC light heavyweight champion was arrested once again but came away with reduced charges following a plea deal.
“Obviously it’s fabricated, the s*** he has on TV, being a priest’s son and all that stuff. It’s like, you know how the Catholic school girls are the freakiest, the ones that like to [growls] get crazy because they’ve been suppressed? That’s Jones. Jones is a Catholic school girl because he’s probably been suppressed his whole life. He got a little bit of change, a little bit of notoriety, a little bit of status at a young, dumb age, then he’s just like going all crazy, sucking every d*** in town.”
If recent history is anything to go by, then we can expect a response from Jones any time now.
